Ciliv said that the year 2008 will be more active in terms of investments and added: "we are interested in Syratel in Syria. However, we plan to buy the company for a real price not a price over the real value. It will be concluded within 30 days. Tukcell will continue expansion with the investments in the region. We will go on acting reasonably in investments as we always did."
